Call history
The call list is accessed via: Home screen >
Calls and conversations are stored in the call list with the phone number as well as the date and time of the call/conversation.
A maximum of 100 phone numbers can be saved. The oldest entry is then overwritten.
*Description of the operation under Calls (Call history)
Outgoing calls (redial list)
The redial list only displays outgoing calls and therefore the last dialled numbers. This part of the call list can also be accessed via: the redial key
Missed calls
The "Missed calls" list only displays missed calls and their phone numbers. This part of the call list can also be accessed via: the message key
Call logging
For certain use cases (e.g. the use of phones in hotels), the logging of calls can be switched off. This prevents subsequent users from seeing the phone numbers of previously made calls.
*Note: To prevent unauthorised people from changing the logging, the telephony settings should be blocked.
*Further help under User roles and permissions
*Important:If logging is switched off, it is not possible to redial calls.
In order to fill the call list only with individually important calls, the logging can be set depending on the type of call using the Alert Info. Calls that have already been handled elsewhere can be excluded from the call list.
Central caller list
Central caller list is a PBX COMtrexx function.
The PBX can store up to 50 entries per user and the groups assigned to them in its central caller list. This function can be enabled separately for each user so they can access the saved data on their telephone. This is very useful if the roaming user function is also being used. When the user changes from using one telephone to using a different one, their calls are only stored in the central caller list. The local caller list logged by the phone, on the other hand, has no access to calls that were made while logged out or on another phone.
*Further help under Roaming User
The following data for inbound and dialled calls is saved in the central caller list on the PBX:
Name (Last name, First name) if known in the central caller list
Subscriber number
Identity (user: local phone number, groups: local group name)
Date
Time
Conversation duration
In the phone, the entries can be displayed sorted using the call list function (incoming, missed, all calls).
If this function was not enabled (or temporarily disabled) for the user, none of the calls made in this time period are saved in the list. They are not displayed on the telephone when the function is enabled again.
If this function is disabled, the telephone's local caller list is displayed. If this function is enabled, the local caller list is replaced by the central list, but is not deleted.
If the telephone is not registered when it receives an incoming call, or if an update is being performed, the list in the telephone is updated when the connection is restored.
If a user who is authorised to use the Roaming User function changes telephone, either the local caller list entries or the central caller list entries are displayed on the new telephone (if this function is enabled).
