Priority for defining ringtones
.A contact/group with a configured ringtone is present locally for a subscriber number. The contact melody defined in the telephone is used first.
.The alert info in the SIP Invite has a valid URL for a ringtone that can be downloaded externally.
.The alert info in the SIP Invite has a pseudo URL or an info field that matches one of the predefined designations, e.g. for group calls, internal calls, external calls, alarm calls, door calls or “mute” calls).
.The identity has a specific ringtone.
.A defined default ringtone is used.
.The Android fallback ringtone is used.
