Restoring factory settings
To restore the factory settings in the event of problems (e.g. forgotten admin password), proceed as follows:
*Important: First read the steps to be taken.
*Caution: Afterwards a restart is carried out automatically. All connections to/from the web server, all calls and data services are terminated. Unsaved data will be lost!

Requirement:
USB stick with image file for factory settings (see the following description)

1.Insert the prepared USB stick into the USB port.
The COMtrexx restarts.
The Power LED lights up/flashes in red and orange for up to two minutes.
If the LED Power lights up in green again, the restart is complete and the PBX is ready for operation.
*Note: If the Power LED remains permanently red, there is an error. If necessary, try booting with the alternative firmware using the key procedure (Restoring firmware). If this is also unsuccessful, contact your dealer or the manufacturer directly.
2.Remove the USB stick.
*Important: The USB stick is empty and must be prepared again for later use.
