Connecting the Earthing
Warning: Touching voltage-carrying conductors or telephone connections can cause life-threatening electric shocks.•Only a fixed installation is allowed for the connection of the earthing terminal of the device to the potential compensation bar of the house installation or the protective earth conductor.
Requirements: •screw driver •Connecting cable with conductor cross-section of at least 2.5 mm2 •Grommet (ring-shaped cable shoe: insulated or non-insulated) with an inner ring diameter of 4 mm min. and 6 mm max. •Proper earth connection close to the installation site (equipotential bonding rail of the house installation or protective earth conductor) |
1.Connect the connecting cable to the potential compensation bar of the house installation or the protective earth conductor.
2.Guide the connecting cable to the rear side of the casing.
3.Join the grommet to the connecting cable and attach it to the earthing terminal.
